Privacy Policy

GroomerPilot collects the account, client, pet, appointment, address, route, and message data needed to provide the service.

We use that data to authenticate users, plan routes, prepare requested ETA messages, send email reminders, prevent abuse, and support billing.

ETA text actions open the user's messaging app with the recipient and message prefilled. GroomerPilot does not send the text, receive replies, or confirm delivery. The user reviews the message and decides whether to send it from their own phone number.

We share data only with providers needed to operate the app, including hosting, authentication, billing through Creem, email, maps, and database services.

We do not sell account, route, client, pet, appointment, message, or payment data.

Payment details are handled by Creem. GroomerPilot stores billing status and provider identifiers needed to keep the account in sync.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Users can request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data. Businesses are responsible for honoring client communication preferences and opt-out requests.
