Refund Policy

Effective date: August 25, 2026.

GroomerPilot includes a 14-day free trial. Creating a trial account does not start a paid subscription.

Paid monthly and annual subscriptions renew through Creem. You can cancel before the next billing date through the billing portal or by contacting support.

Refunds are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, billing errors, or access problems that block normal use.

Refunds are generally not issued for unused time after a valid renewal when the account remained available.

Email support with the account email, charge date, amount, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Creem.
