Terms of Service

By using GroomerPilot, you agree to use the service for lawful business scheduling, route planning, and customer follow-up.

GroomerPilot is software for mobile grooming businesses. It is not a marketplace, booking agency, payment processor for groomer-client jobs, or provider of pet care services.

You are responsible for the accuracy of client data, appointment details, message consent, and final route decisions. Route estimates are planning aids, not guarantees.

ETA text actions open a draft in your device's messaging app. You are responsible for reviewing and sending the message from your own number, complying with applicable messaging laws and client opt-out requests, and paying any carrier charges. GroomerPilot does not send these texts or guarantee their delivery.

Creating an account starts a 14-day software trial and does not start a paid subscription. Paid plans are Solo at $36 monthly or $360 annually and Pro at $72 monthly or $720 annually. Annual billing gives 12 months of access for the price of 10 monthly payments.

When you choose a paid plan, checkout and recurring billing are handled by Creem. Subscriptions renew for the selected billing period unless canceled before the next billing date. Access may become read-only if a trial expires, payment fails, or a subscription is canceled.

You can cancel before the next billing date through the billing portal or by contacting support. Approved refunds follow the Refund Policy and are returned through Creem.

We may update the service to keep it secure and focused on the core mobile grooming route workflow.
