Is this a full grooming salon system?
No. GroomerPilot is intentionally focused on route planning, the mobile workday, and rebooking. It does not include POS, payroll, inventory, boarding, daycare, or kennel management.
What happens on my phone?
Your phone stays focused on today's route: the next stop, address, notes, navigation, ETA, completion, and a short list of upcoming appointments. Detailed setup stays on desktop.
Can I manage clients from a computer?
Yes. The desktop workspace handles CSV imports, client and pet records, address checks, vehicles, appointments, route ordering, and rebooking follow-up.
How does the trial renew?
The free trial lasts 14 days, and creating an account does not start a paid subscription. To continue, choose a monthly or annual plan in the app. Paid subscriptions renew through Creem unless canceled.
